Les d\u00e9cisions finales \u00e9taient toujours prises lors d&rsquo;une discussion avec tous le groupe. Comme l&rsquo;a dit l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;entre nous, avec un soupir sinc\u00e8re, \u00ab\u00a0il y a eu beaucoup de zooms\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" autres m\u00e9dias. La courtepointe est le moyen qu&rsquo;elle utilise pour raconter la plupart de ses histoires. Elle conna\u00eet ses r\u00e8gles, ses mod\u00e8les et ses techniques. Elle l&rsquo;utilise comme medium pour transporter, s&rsquo;exprimer, toucher et se r\u00e9inventer. D&rsquo;abord, une histoire \u00e9merge, puis elle commence \u00e0 se construire, \u00e0 prendre forme, \u00e0 grandir en trois dimensions. Elle l&rsquo;assemble dans sa t\u00eate, la consolide jusqu&rsquo;au moindre d\u00e9tail et une fois pr\u00eate, elle la transforme en croquis. Les croquis deviennent des mod\u00e8les en papier, et ensuite des motifs, elle repousse toutes les limites et les fronti\u00e8res. Ses \u0153uvres jouent avec le vent, d\u00e9fient la gravit\u00e9, invitent \u00e0 l&rsquo;exploration et \u00e0 l&rsquo;interaction. Elle est maintenant professeur \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Mercer et a consacr\u00e9 deux d\u00e9cennies au d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;art du textile math\u00e9matique, notamment en co\u00e9ditant trois ouvrages sur le sujet. Ses autres centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat comprennent les math\u00e9matiques ludiques et l&rsquo;enseignement des math\u00e9matiques en licence. Elle partage activement sa passion pour les math\u00e9matiques.
