Le \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Temari\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">temari<\/a> \u00bb est une m\u00e9thode artisanale traditionnelle japonaise pour fabriquer des sph\u00e8res ornementales. Carolyn a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019initier \u00e0 la confection de temari il y a quelques ann\u00e9es. Elle cr\u00e9e des temari g\u00e9om\u00e9triques qui mettent en \u00e9vidence des groupes de sym\u00e9trie sp\u00e9cifiques. Au cours de sa collaboration \u00e0 l\u2019installation Math\u00e9mAlchimie, elle a enseign\u00e9 ses techniques \u00e0 Ingrid et Kathy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>En principe, les arcs divergents et convergents comportent tous deux une infinit\u00e9 de sph\u00e8res. Ce tunnel central a \u00e9t\u00e9 recouvert d\u2019une paille en plastique de 1\/8 de pouce de large pour prot\u00e9ger le polystyr\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et l\u2019emp\u00eacher de se d\u00e9composer apr\u00e8s des installations r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es. Ensuite, une couche de fil, d\u2019au moins un quart de pouce d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, a \u00e9t\u00e9 enroul\u00e9e autour de ce noyau pour faciliter l\u2019insertion d\u2019aiguilles dans les d\u00e9pass\u00e9 ce stade de mari. Les boules destin\u00e9es \u00e0 devenir des temari \u00e9taient en outre brod\u00e9es de fils de coton perl\u00e9 de plusieurs couleurs, contrastant avec la couleur de l\u2019enveloppe de mari, selon le motif choisi. Dans d\u2019autres cas (7, 17, 31, 59), les faces sont soulign\u00e9es par des rectangles tiss\u00e9s (7, 17, 31, 59) ou des triangles (5) encadrant leurs bords. Dans deux cas (11 et 29), les faces sont soulign\u00e9es par des triangles tiss\u00e9s utilisant les points m\u00e9dians des bords comme sommets. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale (\u00e0 l\u2019exception des cas 13, 41, 61 et 73), les bords d\u00e9limitant le motif sont des lignes d\u2019un motif de ligne directrice temari C8 ou C10, comme d\u2019\u00e9cartement en bois ordinaire beaucoup plus petites. La premi\u00e8re boule, partag\u00e9e entre les deux arcs, a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019avant et accroch\u00e9e au support en acier mont\u00e9 dans la structure de la grande page du gribouillage\/courtepointe cryptographique. Les arcs sont \u00e9galement maintenus par le haut gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des liens de fil de p\u00eache.
